Hard Eight BBQ Employees & Guests Raise Over $15,000 to Support our Soldiers!

Hard Eight BBQ Employees and Guests are giving back to our deployed soldiers with the third annual Stockings for Soldiers Campaign. For the past month, guests and employees have had the opportunity to add a donation at checkout at any Hard Eight BBQ Location.

This year, Hard Eight BBQ also incorporated an additional piece into the campaign allowing guests and employees to write letters of encouragement that will accompany the care packages sent to the soldiers. Several hundred letters and drawings from employees and guests of all ages were collected to be sent across the world.

On Saturday, January 5, 2019 Hard Eight BBQ presented a check for $15,799 to the Support Our Soldiers organization. Support Our Soldiers is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Burleson, Texas that connects community and military together by sending custom care boxes, supplies and letters of support to soldiers. This donation made by Hard Eight BBQ Guests and Employees will send 800 custom care packages to deployed troops.
