Hard Eight Pulls Together Over $20,000 for Children’s Cancer Fund

Team Hard Eight BBQ recently participated in the CBS 11 Pulling Together Event benefitting Children’s Cancer Fund. Hard Eight BBQ employees, family and guests PULLED TOGETHER to raise a grand total of $20,679 for The Children’s Cancer Fund!!

Children’s Cancer Fund champions kids in their fight against cancer through strategic investments in research and care right here in North Texas. 100% of the proceeds raised during the Pulling Together event were donated to the Children’s Cancer Fund in Dallas, Texas.

Children’s Cancer Fund is closely affiliated with Children’s Medical Center and UT Southwestern Medical Center. By working closely with these respected organizations, they are able to strategically focus funds on improving treatment and care methods for North Texas children who are affected by all types of pediatric cancer. In addition, they are able to help improve the quality of their lives, bringing families who are going through treatments together through various fun and social events throughout the year.
